David is called Bishop Again

David has been called to be the Bishop of the new Olympus Cove Ward!
We had a big change in our Stake last Sunday. Our Stake and the North Stake were combined together again.
Our Ward was not changed much, we gained the street below us, Brockbank. The biggest changes were made to the wards in the North Stake.
It will be a good change.

Beautiful Baby

Addie is a good helper all ready

Just after her 1st bath

She had a hard day

The nurse finally gave her her first bath. She loved having her hair washed, she wasn't too happy about the bath part.
She is too long for the premiee outfits Addie wore, even some of her newborn outfits were a little too small. That's what happens when you are long and skinny.

Baby Abbott

Our darling Katie gave birth this morning at 4:45!
Baby Abbott (name coming soon) is darling. She looks more like Katie to me.
Her hair is lighter, maybe a little reddish.
She weighed 6 lbs 2 oz and she is 21 inches long

Help!

Hi everyone!

It was fun today, I'm sorry we did not find you earlier.
David and I need your help with the family reunion this year.
What days are good for you, and is July the best month?
What would you like to do, I hear that boating is not an option, so we need some ideas.
Bear Lake camping is full for the year, and how much would you be able to spend for a night if I find some place to stay?

Let me know as soon as possible - Thanks

Elder Bird & Addie

Elder Bird is in the MTC

Elder Matthew Bird entered the Provo MTC today at 12:45.
We parked in the parking lot across the street for pictures, said good-by and then drove across the street to stop and let Elder Bird get out of the car. He was greeted by about 6 Missionaries.
One opened the back of the car and took out his suitcases and lead him away.
I did get to give him one more hug before he left, but he was gone before we knew it.

Boy, does the house seem quite!
