Addison Katherine Abbott

I had to show you more pictures of Addi. She is doing well, a little jauntice but she is spending a little time under the light today, so she will be good as new in not time.



Katie is doing well. She still has the head aches, but not as bad as before. Hopefully she will be able to rest alittle better now that she is at home. She will spend many hours at the hospital with Addi, until she is big enough to come home. I'll keep you updated on her progress.

Wonderful News!

Katie had her baby today at 11:38 this morning. Katie is doing fine now, but she was very sick this morning. Her preeclamsia was very serious. We did not know that she was having problems until last Thursay when she went in for her non-stress test. The baby was doing fine, but Katie was not. She will be fine now and the baby is doing very well.

Katie has not seen her baby yet, and she wants to see her before she deciedes on her name, so Katie Jr. was born at 11:38am, she was 17 inches long and 3 lbs 7 oz. She is 2 ozs bigger than her aunt Sarah was when she was born! Here are some pictures.

Happy Late Easter

I'm late with my Easter Greeting because we were in St. George. It was beautiful and warm.
Katie and Reed spent their Easter in Idaho Falls with the Abbott's. We missed them, but we know that we are very lucky that they are so close to us.

Jonathan is doing well in his new area. It has been hard for him to move to this area. He has not had the support from the ward that he has had in other areas. And he is the senior companion with a missionary who has been out longer than he has. This is the second time that he has had a companion who needed his help. We are very proud of him, and how much he is growing both spiritually and personally.

I am starting a new blog of my quilts. I know you have all seen them, but this is for anyone who has not seen them. I'm hoping to have a web site soon, but this is going to fun for now. I will let you know the name of my blog as soon as I get it up and going.

Congratulations to Chris & Shanny!

We are about to have a new "Bird Family" in our family. It seems like it was just a couple of years ago when I was riding "Puff the Magic Dragon" roller coaster with Chris. Then a few years later we were riding the "Rocking Roller Coaster" in Disney World, Orlando, FL. I tried to find a few pictures of Chris growing up, but most of them are still on our old computers. But I did find this darling picture!

We are praying for Nikki and Josh. I know that things will go well next week for you Nikki. We love you, Josh and your darling Madison & Tanner.

Jonathan has a new address. He has moved to Lebanon, Missouri. It is very different from the last city. He does not have a car and this area is not as hilly. That is good if you have a bike instead of a car. He is also a Senior Companion!
